CHARACTER / PIXEL LINEAGE

Pixel Lineage traits and Talents

Talents are often called traits in guides. Compare all seven Talents below and choose the bonus that helps your next run.

1% roll chance
Mythic · All-round

Prodigy

Attack, Magic, Defense and maximum HP +5%; critical chance +2%; XP and Mastery +10%.

Broad bonuses if you already have it. Set a spin budget before chasing its 1% roll chance.
10% roll chance
Rare · Magic

Arcane Spark

Start each battle with +1 Energy; Magic +8%.

A direct fit for a magic kit that needs a better opening turn.
5% roll chance
Rare · Farming

Fortune’s Favor

Gold +10%, loot +8%, jackpot chance +2%.

Useful when reward farming is the goal; it does not supply a direct survival bonus.
18% roll chance
Uncommon · Progression

Quick Study

XP +12%; Class Mastery +15%.

Keep it while leveling rather than discarding it because of its rarity.
14% roll chance
Uncommon · Defense

Iron Soul

Defense +6%; 30% chance to ignore a debuff.

Consider it when repeated stun, burn or poison is disrupting runs.
30% roll chance
Common · Defense

Survivor

Maximum HP +6%. Once per battle, a lethal hit leaves 1 HP if HP was above 20%.

The threshold matters. It is not an extra life and does not protect every lethal hit.
22% roll chance
Common · Critical

Keen Eye

Critical chance +5%; dodge +2%.

A usable critical-focused starter. Distinct from the Archer passive with the same name.

Trait tier list, by the job you need

Broad combat bonuses: Prodigy

It affects several core stats. Keep it if it fits your plan, but do not confuse its 1% roll chance with a guaranteed result in 100 spins.

Magic opener: Arcane Spark

Opening Energy and a Magic bonus directly support a caster’s first turns.

Leveling: Quick Study

XP and Mastery bonuses help progression even though its rarity is only Uncommon.

Resource runs: Fortune’s Favor

Its rewards support a farming objective. Use a defensive option if surviving is currently the bottleneck.

What the percentages mean

The chance on each card is the chance to roll that Talent. Iron Soul, for example, has a 14% acquisition chance and a separate 30% chance to ignore a debuff in battle. Read those as two different rolls.

Questions players ask

Are traits and Talents the same system?

In the references used here, yes: the in-game label is Talents and the reroll resource is Talent Spins. Guides often use the word traits.

Is Survivor another Life?

No. Its effect is a conditional once-per-battle survival trigger. You must be above the stated HP threshold before the lethal hit.

Should I replace Quick Study immediately?

If leveling and Mastery are your goal, it has a clear use. Replace it because a different effect solves your next task, not simply because of a rarity label.
